How do I contact you?

You can either visit the "Contact Us" page in the website menu and fill out your information or you can email us directly at sales@joepisapia.com.  If you are more of an APP kind of gal, we use WHATSAPP BUSINESS.  On the home page of the website at the bottom of the page is our whatsapp phone icon. Click the icon and follow the link to the app!  We will get back with you as soon as possible.   If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.

How do I know of new product arrivals and sales?

Easy!  By signing up for our newsletter you will be notified of new inventory, sales and promotions.  Don't worry though, we won't flood your inbox with emails.  Plus, when you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a code for 10% off of your first order!

 

Checkout and Shipping

How do I use my gift card?

Once you are ready to checkout you will open your cart where you will be able to begin the checkout process.  After all of your information is entered you will click the "Continue to shipping method" button where you will be able to select your desired shipping method.  Once you have selected your shipping method, click the "Continue to payment method" button.  Here your will be able to enter your gift card code on the right side of the window. Fill in your payment information and billing address (check the "Remember me" box to make future checkout faster).  After all of your information is entered, click the "Complete order" button to submit your order.  You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
